Lexi Roling
mediator
As a mediator at Conscious Family, I guide individuals and families through the complex divorce process and parenting issues that can arise following divorce. My approach is rooted in openness, empathy, and respect. By helping clients feel heard and supported throughout the process, I hope to make the transition a little easier and more positive for everyone involved.
I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate challenging, often stressful situations. This includes students at Outward Bound, victims of domestic violence at San Miguel Resource Center, inmates seeking better communication and relationship skills through the Realness Project, and individuals involved in the justice system at the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office. I began my experience in family law by volunteering with Jefferson County Mediation Services. I expanded my knowledge working with Conscious Family, where the support and guidance of the firm's lawyers greatly enhanced my expertise.
Across 20 years of experience as a guide, mediator, and facilitator, I’ve developed a deep understanding of human conflict and the root emotions involved. I encourage clients to identify and own their emotions so we can surface what matters most and find an agreement that aligns with their core values.
As a parent, I understand the unique challenges that arise when children are involved in a divorce. My goal is to minimize distress and ensure that the children's best interests are always at the forefront.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring the rivers, mountains, and canyons with my family, as well as hiking and salsa dancing in town.
